We act and work responsibly and competently at all times. We work to improve health and safety in organisations and to contribute positively to communities.

We maintain the highest level of competence in all the areas we work in. We recognise when tasks are outside of our training and abilities and ensure that tasks are completed by a competent person. Our team are members of industry bodies that assist in our goal of continuous professional development. 

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of the information obtained in the course of our work, particularly with regard to our customer’s business.

Trustworthy

We recognise and honour the trust our customers place in us. We act with the highest level of respect, and seek first to understand, then to be understood.

Integrity and Honesty

We perform our work with honesty and integrity at all times, while adhering to legal principles.

Objectivity and Impartiality

We provide advice, express opinions and make statements in an honest, objective, impartial and efficient way, and always consider any reasonably foreseeable consequences of that advice.

Safety Driven

We help you keep buildings and people safe, and we don’t shy away from the tough conversations. 

Best Interest

We avoid conflicts of interest. Where it cannot be avoided, we disclose the conflict promptly. We receive no gratuities for any recommendations we may make. 

Performance

We always perform our services to the best of our abilities. We ensure our work is done as the relevant standards or regulations dictate.

Communication

We inform our customers of any foreseeable risks and we endeavour to inform when we are visiting to service equipment or perform other tasks, so our customers are aware of what’s happening.
